Data Processing Addendum
Effective June 10, 2026. This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Partnership Agreement between AlgoHive Solutions ("Processor") and the partner ("Controller").
1. Roles
The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. AlgoHive acts as Processor, processing Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller.
2. Scope and subject matter
This DPA covers the processing of Personal Data carried out by AlgoHive when building, hosting, and operating systems on behalf of the Controller, including e-commerce storefronts and ERP systems.
3. Categories of data and data subjects
Categories include contact data, account credentials, transaction records, and operational data of the Controller's employees, customers, and suppliers.
4. Sub-processors
The Controller authorizes AlgoHive to engage sub-processors (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) under written agreements that impose obligations no less protective than this DPA. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Security
AlgoHive implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, least-privilege administration, audit logging, and routine backups. Details are summarized on our Security page.
6. Confidentiality
Personnel authorized to process Personal Data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. Data subject rights
AlgoHive will, taking into account the nature of the processing, assist the Controller in responding to data subject requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
8. Personal data breaches
AlgoHive will notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data breach and will provide the information reasonably necessary for the Controller to comply with its notification obligations.
9. International transfers
Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, the parties will rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Return or deletion
On termination of the underlying agreement, AlgoHive will, at the Controller's option, return or delete Personal Data, except where retention is required by applicable law.
11. Audits
AlgoHive will make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA and allow reasonable audits by the Controller or an independent auditor, subject to confidentiality.
