Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of the AlgoHive Solutions website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Our services
AlgoHive provides tech co-founder partnerships, including the design, development, hosting, and operation of e-commerce and ERP systems. Specific scope, deliverables, and revenue-share terms are governed by a separate Partnership Agreement signed with each partner.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Intellectual property
The AlgoHive name, logo, website content, and underlying technology are owned by AlgoHive Solutions or its licensors. Custom deliverables created under a Partnership Agreement are governed by that agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Information exchanged in the course of a partnership inquiry is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate or perform the engagement.
6. Disclaimers
The website and any free-to-use materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoHive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website. Liability under a Partnership Agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoHive and its representatives from any claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Qalyobia, Egypt, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
